Senior Engineering Manager, TabSquare.AI (Delivery Hero Company)

January 2022 - April 2023

I led two teams from different countries and managed one of the Tabsquare products that has more than 50+ brands using it daily. It is B2B2C and one the most important and crucial product, because this product is directly used by customers of Tabsquare’s clients. Provided clear and concise direction to engineering team on their deliverable, supervising their work, and driving product releases / project completion as per the timelines decided. Led technical solution designs with the entire team; be a sounding board & guide the team for any tech- related issue.

Worked closely with the product managers and designers to refine stories, discuss, and finalize release timelines, and attend relevant meetings with stakeholders. Provided guidance to ensure the overall architecture and solutions are very well designed for the long- term while also driving a pragmatic approach to deliver results in phases that is aligned with business value.

Ensured optimal application of engineering resources to meet product development and consumer requirements and ensures the implementation of agile processes. Designed the entire solution from ideation and visual design through the SDLC, life cycle activities such as extending or updating a system, planning retirement of a system.

I did getting hands-on with code rollouts as and when required to ensure releases go out in a timely and accurate fashion.

I built and improved the technology road map for the company with key focus on quality, reliability, compliance, budgetary adherence, engineering culture, development flow, and operational excellence. Sinbad’s mission is to maximise efficiency in the supply chain industry through technology.

We’ve developed a platform that retailers/outlets/merchants can use to place orders directly to principal manufacturers and product distributors.

VP of Information Technology, Biznet Networks (PT Supra Primatama Nusantara)

January 2020 - February 2021

As VP of Information Technology, I was responsible for all aspects of IT of Biznet Network. - a leader of an integrated digital infrastructure company in Indonesia. I led more than 80 people in IT and 6 departments including SAP, Infrastructure, IT Helpdesk, Marketing Digital, and two software development teams.

I provided hands-on leadership for a full-range of services which included enterprise technology infrastructure, network engineering, applications development and innovation. Reporting to the CEO.

I developed and planned the technology road map for the company with key focus on safety, security, technology reliability, compliance, budgetary adherence, engineering culture, development flow, and operational excellence. Maintained people happiness and upgrade their skill and knowledge.

As VP of Technology and Innovation, I was responsible for all aspects of technology for Qlue - a leader of Smart City solutions. The team I assembled, develop several products using cutting-edge technology, recently we implement Deep Learning to our products.
